Caldwell Cigar Company and Lost & Found Cigars have joined Laudisi Enterprises — the parent company of Smokingpipes.com, Kapp & Peterson, Laudisi Distribution Group, and Cornell & Diehl. Laudisi Distribution Group will handle all fulfillment of Caldwell and Lost & Found cigar orders to retailers beginning March 8th. Robert Caldwell and Juan Jaramillo will join Laudisi as shareholders, and will join the management team, leading the new Caldwell Cigar division of the company.

Kapp & Peterson is pleased to announce that as of 23 May, it has relocated to a new facility in the Deansgrange neighborhood of County Dublin — a relatively short walk from its previous home in Sallynoggin.
