Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Alex arrived at Laudisi due to his connection with Todd Johnson, his cousin. After reconnecting a few years prior, he would attend pipe shows with him and it was there that he was able to meet the Smokingpipes crew. He brings valuable communication skills along with honesty, loyalty, and teachability as Purchasing Manager. Accountable, trustworthy, and consistent, he hopes to contribute to the company’s growth and grow professionally himself. A University of Georgia alum, he studied Speech Communications.
Outside of work, you can find Alex woodworking, working his way through reading the Dune books, spending time with his family, and going out to enjoy live music. He loves traveling home, wherever that might be, and believes that creativity can spring up from anywhere.
