Amu is originally from California and came to Laudisi to be a part of an amazing team dedicated to the expansion, growth, and betterment of the local and international pipe community. They bring a dedicated and energetic attitude along with an expansive knowledge and love for tobacco, cigars, and pipes. They hope to connect with other smokers, expand the community to appeal to younger pipe enthusiasts and newcomers, and expand brand recognition here at Laudisi.
Among their passions, aside from connecting with the pipe community, Amu loves serving others and staying involved in their neighborhood community, feeding unhoused neighbors and connecting with others to bring resources to meet others’ needs. A Moody Bible Institute graduate, they studied Public Speaking and History. When Amu isn’t at work, they enjoy cooking, going to farmer’s markets and food/cultural festivals, and riding their bike. When they were a child, they believed they would grow up to be a veterinarian. They also have impressive talents in juggling. As for their favorites, Amu loves the Chicago Bulls and the novel, A Confederacy of Dunces.
