After leaving the rainy backdrop of Washington state, Tayla moved to South Carolina in 2013 before joining Laudisi at the end of 2019, her ambitious nature and easy-going personality being a perfect fit for our team. Now serving as our Staffing Specialist, Tayla is responsible for communicating with job applicants and on-boarding new employees, as well as event planning and other projects, and when she's not busy managing and organizing office matters, Tayla enjoys gardening, horseback riding, and trying new cuisine in her free time. Like many of us here, she has an eclectic musical taste, ranging from classical to hip-hop, and is a talented violinist herself. She's also a little more daring than some of us here, with skydiving being one of the top activities on her bucket list.
