Charlotte is originally from Buffalo, New York, and was drawn to Laudisi because she loves the history of the company. As a people person, she enjoys sales and brings years of experience in HR. She is excited to grow with her fellow colleagues in this role. She studied Business at Alpena Community College through the military program. Describing herself as creative, fun, and compassionate, she believes that nothing is impossible and that quitting is letting fear win, so never give up.
When she’s not at work, she loves going to the beach, driving to Raleigh to see her family, and spending time with her husband, who she can’t live without. She loves to travel anywhere on cruise ships, like the Caribbean, Bermuda, and so forth. She has an extensive collection of The Wizard of Oz items, including an actual manuscript from one of the munchkins in the movie. Her favorite sports team is the Buffalo Bills. She is passionate about Operation Christmas Child, a heartwarming program that provides children with gifts for Christmas time.
