Tony worked at Peterson for 53 years, prior to his retirement in 2015 from the factory manager position. But Tony wasn’t sure what to do without Peterson and Peterson wasn’t sure what to do without Tony. So shortly after retiring he came back to work part time, where he can fill in wherever he’s needed. In addition to helping out in the factory, Tony is invaluable anytime someone raises the question, ‘How did we used to deal with X?’ Whether he’s recommending a tool or a critiquing a process, Tony is still an indispensable member of the Peterson family.
