Hailing from Texas originally, Makayla relocated to Ohio and eventually moved to South Carolina. A University of Akron alum, she studied Vocal Performance. An excellent singer, she is also a scrapbooker in her free time. She is inspired by all sorts of things, from people to places, but nothing surpasses music.
