Fredricka, who goes by Dreek, is originally from South Carolina. She arrived at Laudisi in pursuit of trying something different and interesting for work, and she appreciates the growth, care for its employees, and the value that is placed on reliable workers at the company. In the future, she hopes to become a journeymen electrician.
Outside of work, Dreek enjoys playing basketball and reading books about positivity, reminding her to never give up envisioning her future. Her favorite book is The Secret of Life.
She is most inspired by successful people and values focusing on her personal goals toward success.
