Johanna is originally from Colombia in South America, where she was adopted. She grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina, with some interesting turns along the way (including living in Denmark for a year as a teenager). She arrived at Laudisi excited to join an organization that values friendly customer service, eager to add some behind-the-scenes support. She brings a strong attention to detail, a fast ability to learn, excellent communication skills, and a knack for staying organized under pressure. She hopes to continue growing, taking on more responsibilities, and developing her expertise.
Johanna admires her parents most for their hard work to achieve success, which she carries as a mother to her two boys. She is passionate about living a life rooted in faith and purpose, and can’t live without her family. She loves traveling to new places to explore and also to relax. Describing herself as caring, determined, and adaptable, she believes in never taking things for granted. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and binge-watching her favorite shows.
