Chrystal is originally from Portland, Ore., born and raised in the Pacific northwest. She and her husband, Adam, have a dog named Zander and a cat named Erabella. Her arrival at Laudisi was sparked by her desire for an opportunity to grow and to transition from the customer service realm, bringing skills such as a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Outside of work, Chrystal is an avid bowler, playing in two leagues weekly, maintaining an impressive average of 190 in her games. Some of her favorites include the Game of Thrones series and A Song of Fire and Ice by George R.R. Martin. She enjoys relaxing at home while reading a good book or playing a video game, as well as traveling back home to Oregon to see her friends and family and to enjoy the weather.
Describing herself as crazy, quirky, and silly, Chrystal lives by the value of honesty and strives to emulate her biggest hero, who she identifies as her father for his hard-working mentality and tendency to always share a smile, no matter the circumstances. She hopes to have the same positive outlook on her own life. She strives to live by his words of wisdom: “Slow and steady, hand to your mark.” Originally intended for her bowling, it has morphed into an application that has taken form in her life.
