Originally from Longs, South Carolina, Joshua came to Laudisi for the culture and because of his fondness for pipe smoking. He boasts a culinary and educational background, having studied culinary arts at Horry Georgetown Technical College. When he’s not working, Joshua enjoys blacksmithing and metal working. He finds himself most inspired by nature and feats of medieval architecture. His favorite book is The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
