Essance hails from Conway, South Carolina, arriving at Laudisi with a dedicated and determined demeanor to help her succeed, getting any job of any size done. She was drawn to the company because of the welcoming atmosphere and was greeted with smiles, bringing her great comfort upon arriving. She studied Dental Hygiene in school and is currently a Diesel Mechanic in the National Guard Army.
