Although she was born in upstate NY, Jessie spent her whole life on the Grand Strand, graduating with her Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership & Human Resources and a minor in International Business, and went on to earn her MBA in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University. She arrived at Laudisi after learning of the opportunity from a friend who works here and who raved about its culture and passion for the industry. She has indulged in a celebratory cigar herself to celebrate life’s special moments, so she was excited to learn more with a company that embodies an innovative spirit. An organizational wizard, a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a lifelong learner, she strives to advance her skills and be a part of Laudisi’s growth and success.
When she isn’t working as the Assistant to the Vice President on the Marketing team, Jessie loves to dance, particularly Latin and Hip Hop, travel to new countries every year, garden, and try out new recipes. As for life lessons, she strives to be at least 1% better every day. She’s learned to “fail forward” because it is only when we challenge ourselves with the unfamiliar that we see the most growth. She is passionate about human rights, advocating for equality, justice, and dignity for all people. In the words of Dwight Schrute from The Office: “How would I describe myself? Three words: hard working, alpha male, jackhammer, merciless, insatiable.”
