A Dover, Delaware native, Jim came to Laudisi after hearing from several Laudisians about their experiences working here. Naturally, he wanted to join right in and landed on the Merchandizing team as a Data Entry Specialist. He considers himself to be a detail-oriented team player who isn’t afraid to dive into unknown challenges outside of his comfort zone. He attended Alameda University, where he studied Healthcare Administration. Describing himself as compassionate, caring, and empathetic, he drives his life with the intention of keeping an open mind, focusing on what’s ahead, and knowing that there will always be setbacks, yet it’s important to regroup, refocus, and keep moving forward.
Jim is passionate about mental health issues and raising awareness for suicide prevention. He admires his mother most for her strength and humility. When he isn’t working, you can find him sipping on iced coffees, watching college football games (Roll Tide), spending time with friends, making others laugh with his enviable comedic talents, and finding new and exciting spots to eat and drink. As for travel, he loves cruising to the western Caribbean, which is like no other place, in his opinion.
