Having joined Peterson in 1976, Joe can pitch in across nearly all stages of production. Whether he's staining bowls, bending stems, rusticating, or papering, Joe devotes most of his time to ensuring that pipes are moving efficiently through the factory and meeting our high standards. Equipped with over forty years of pipe-making expertise, Joe also ensures that our machines are in good condition, that our shapes continue to meet our historical specifications, and that everyone on the factory floor has the tools and training to perform their tasks to the highest standards.
